ooc;; I have permission from akante~ to bring her in for acceptance
Weiss
The soft splash of marsh water filled the air as black furred paws slipped in and out of muddy water. Steel grey eyes stared ahead with a sort of glazed look filling them as the dull colored blackblood moved her way through the thick reeds and high cattails. The soft chirping of insects filled her ears as they lay pinned down upon her skull. She was so tired, and hungry, and lonely. She was lonely most of all, but then again she had been lonely for some time. First when she left her parents and then when... She clamped her eyes shut tight and stopped her walking as she tried to ignore the thoughts that were running rampart inside her dual colored skull. Black lidded eyes opened once the haunting memories vanished. Weiss took a quick look at the marsh land around her with tired eyes before she started walking once more. She was so tired of walking, tired of moving tired of...no, never tired of searching. Never...
'When will you come home? When will I come home? ...Where is home...?' She thought as she moved across and over the damp muddy ground, giving off soft grunts when her paw would sink into the thick mud beneath her throwing her off balance. She only faltered and tripped up a few times before she finally found her foot as she tested each spot of ground before she stepped down. Her ears perked up from her skull and her half-lidded eyes opened wider as she lifted her head into the soft wind she had stepped into. There was a smell, strong and musky as it filled her nostrils. What...? What was this? The words came across her mind as she switched her direction to head where the wind was carrying the heavy smell. The further she moved the stronger the smell grew until it was like it was right on top of her. That was when it hit her as she lowered her head to sniff at the ground. There was a scent trail close by, but she knew that a smell this strong could belong to nothing else but a pack. A pack? Maybe...possibly...yes...here. She turned her head around until she noticed a grassy knoll beside her. Moving to sit atop it she scanned the land before lifting her head and letting out a soft, yet long howl. "I call anyone who has the time, and who will have me." She called to the air as she flexed her toes, digging her claws into the earth below. And now she waited, for anything...something to happen.

One after another, was the cycle of acceptances ever going to end? It didn't seem that way for the rugged looking Shark. In the past week he had taken three of them, not to mention one was taking forever and seemed a little stubborn. Shark huffed in annoyance to the girl, he needed a break. Trotting along the border, his thought went form his job to that of Rita, and Fairah. Both were strong, lovely, powerful individuals, but he would really have to think about which one of the two he would rather woo. Rita was arrogant and despicable, but she held power. Fairah was somewhat docile, beautiful, and smart. Choices, choices...
"I call anyone who has the time, and who will have me."
Woah, what? Shark stopped in his tracks. Out of that sentence, Shark picked out five words, 'anyone...who will have me.' Like a gazelle Shark spun on his heels and sped in the direct of the small, angelic voice that passed over the border. He may have been exhausted from the other acceptances, but this one seemed to have revived his energy, and he hadn't even met her yet.
Coming up on a grassy knoll, he spotted the figure perched so perfectly on top of it. Shark already knew what approach he would use with her. His gentleman self would talk with this girl, he seemed to pull it off so nicely with the ladies. Walking casually up to the hill, Shark gazed upward, smiling nicely. "May I be of assistance miss? Though I don't think I'm strong enough to toss you back up into heaven." Corny, but he assumed it would do it's damage and have him come across as a gentleman. "That is where you hail from correct?"

It did not take long for her words to attract attention it would seem as a loud rustling alerted her that she had company. Curling her tail around her she turned her gaze to where the source of the rustling was coming from. She could feel her nerves twitching as she watched the blue wolf step his way across the marsh bottom with much more grace than she had earlier. Giving a quick tilt of her head up, and a sniff helped her determine her companion was male, and this only made her more nervous. She never had been very good when it came to talking, but male wolves always had a stronger effect on her shyness. Her tail gave a nervous twitch as her grey eyes stared down at him; watching, waiting.
"May I be of assistance miss? Though I don't think I'm strong enough to toss you back up into heaven." Weiss could feel her fur warming at his words as he spoke them, and her tails tip gave a rather harsh twitch. 'Wha...? What?' She thought as she lowered her head in shyness and listened to him continue speaking. "That is where you hail from correct?" This male he was quite the charmer, the dull colored femme could tell that much just by listening to his words. But as she listened she couldn't help but find her heart fluttering. It had been too long since she had been spoken to like that.
Her maw opened to speak, but she found that on words were coming out, so she tried once more and this she was successful in producing words. "I have to say you flatter me too much. I hail from no one certain place...or I haven't. " she let out a small sigh and built up her courage for her next few words so to keep her shyness at bay. "But I am hoping that I may find residence here, in this land." her tongue darted out to lick at the side of her black dusted muzzle; a nervous habit she had picked up over the years. "If of course the pack would be willing to have me. I can do a test if need be...to prove my worth..." After her words she stayed silent and waited for his words, well until she asked, "May I ask your name? I go by Weiss." Now after she gave her introduction she was silent as she waited for his words, and his name.

After he had spoken, he could tell, as he normally could, that his words had hit the spot. The way her head dipped, and her body language read. Yes Shark was succeeding in his attempt to charm her. This would make number three in his attempt to become the charming male all the females would come to gossip about. He gave he a comforting smile, on the outside, the inside the smile was much more devious, the girl had no idea what she was getting into.
"I have to say you flatter me too much. I hail from no one certain place...or I haven't. "
Shark's quiet smile grew faintly, "Please, there is no such thing as too much flattery. Especially for such a beautiful wolfs as yourself." He let out a small chuckle, great job Shark, keep laying it down, she'll like you more and more every minute. He kept quiet after that as she went on, listening to what she had to say, thinking about what to say next.
"But I am hoping that I may find residence here, in this land. If of course the pack would be willing to have me. I can do a test if need me...to prove my worth..."
As other have asked before Shark expected for her to ask about proving her worth and all that jazz, however, as he had done with most other females before her, he would give her something easy. Or he would simply let her pass with the promise of becoming his apprentice or something. He'd have to think about this one though, she was far more timid then the others that had shown up. "Well i do hope you will be able to find a place to reside here. If I may ask, is there anything you excel at? Hunting or tracking perhaps?" With her size and demeanor he highly doubted she was any sort of fighter, or guard of any sort.
"May I ask your name? I go by Weiss."
His grin swayed to one side as it grew, "Wiess, what a lovely name, and very fitting." He cleared his throat and gave a little bow, touching his paw to his chest, wanting it to be as formal as possible. "It is a pleasure to meet you Miss Weiss, my name is Shark." He uprighted himself now, and threw a wink her way, "But don't let the name fool you I don't bite."
Yet.

"Please, there is no such thing as too much flattery. Especially for such a beautiful wolfs as yourself." That flutter in her heart had returned, and this time with a vengeance. She didn't know why his words had such an effect on her, maybe it was because it had been so long since someone actually had something nice to say to her... But that couldn't have been the reason, could it? She didn't voice any of her thoughts as she knew the other would not want to hear such nonsense; especially coming from someone he had just met. But she did notice that his words seemed to be having a sort of calming effect on her. It seemed that sitting here talking to him and listening was helping to calm her nerves, and dull her shyness down.
"Well i do hope you will be able to find a place to reside here. If I may ask, is there anything you excel at? Hunting or tracking perhaps?" Weiss was at first a little caught of guard by his words. He hoped she was able to find a place here? That was good news right? Yeah, it had to be she told herself as she gave a small smile. And now she stared at him with that smile on her muzzle as she thought of how she would answer his question. "I have lived on my own for a few years of my life, and during that time I was forced to care for myself, so to answer your question. I can hunt, if I couldn't I don't think I would be here where I stand today." Her smile widened and she gave a small laugh before continuing. "As for tracking I wouldn't say I am perfect at it..." 'I still haven't found Lügen yet...' She thought sadly before she drove it from her mind. "But I feel I do alright for myself. I can also fend for myself, or anyone that would need it. If that were arise."
"Wiess, what a lovely name, and very fitting." Again with the flattering words she thought as she watched him bow and do a small wave with his paw. He was quite the gentlemen, she would give him that and she liked it. "It is a pleasure to meet you Miss Weiss, my name is Shark." Her fur warmed once more at the wink and she could tell he was teasing her but she just continued to smile at him as he continued speaking. "But don't let the name fool you I don't bite." She couldn't help but laugh at his last words and found herself playing along, her shy nature forgotten. 'Well Shark it is nice to meet you, and I'm rather glad you don't bite. I don't know what I would do if you did." Her smile widened and she gave a dip of her head to him. Maybe she was going to make at least one friend out of this if nothing else.

Shark had a way with words, he had a way with gesture too, as a matter of fact, it seemed he was just a ladies man all around. So as he sat at this acceptance with this shy individual, he was secretly calculating exactly what he could use her for. Sonja, well he hadn't used any kind of charm on her, but yet she seemed to stick by him, and he used her for the obvious, stealing things. Rita, well, soon enough he would use her to get what he wanted, become the alpha? No, thats too much responsibility, Rita could have that to herself. He wanted to be Lead Scoundrel, he'd be the dirtiest son-of-a-gun too. Fairah, she was just lovely to look at and talk to, and she was strong, and proper, at some point she'd probably become the one to beat to gain what he wanted.
This one however, this Weiss, she was shy, timid, she would be the best to keep at his side. She was like a very easily trusting fool, who he could manipulate with his ways. Ah, how easy this was going to be, all he had to do was keep up this act for a while.
"I have lived on my own for a few years of my life, and during that time I was forced to care for myself, so to answer your question. I can hunt, if I couldn't I don't think I would be here where I stand today."
He made himself looked interested in her words, and even matched her smile when she did so, even let out a chuckle at her response. "Touche'. That is true."
"As for tracking I wouldn't say I am perfect at it...But I feel I do alright for myself. I can also fend for myself, or anyone that would need it. If that were arise."
Brow rose at this, was she suggesting she could fight? He looked at her, almost as if surprised by the fact that she could harm another being, being so docile as she was at first. As they kept conversing though, Shark noticed her defenses lowering and she began to smile more, and become more comfortable with him around. This was working out to be better then he thought.
'Well Shark it is nice to meet you, and I'm rather glad you don't bite. I don't know what I would do if you did."
He mirrored her laugh, orange eyes falling onto her steel gray ones. He let them stay there for a moment before tearing his gaze away and clearing his throat, acting as if he'd just gotten lost in the sea of gray. "Well-- I think this has gone on quite long enough, don't you?" He smiled, and gave a wave of his tail. "If you have no objections, I would like to welcome you to El Dorado Miss Weiss, as my personal assistant." He grinned at her, "All you have to do is follow me, and learn about El Dorado and help me with my duties, how does that sound?" Oh yes, there was no way she wouldn't accept his most endearing offer. "Only so Rita can see that you have potential, then you can gain your own rank." He stood before her now, paw extended out into the borders of El Dorado.
"What do you say?"

"Touche'. That is true." She listened to his words, and his chuckle at her words and her heart filled with joy at the thought that she might be making friend. So far from what she could tell things were going quite well. Shark was helping her break out of her shell, even getting her to laugh and smile. Yes, it had been fat too long since she had some one to talk to. She had missed this, and what it felt like, she just hoped that if she was able to get acceptance that the others in the pack were as nice as he was. Well, she knew there would be a few bad eggs, but she was sure that their couldn't be too many.
Her eyes went wide as she locked eyes with his for the first time since they started talking. It was like looking into a pit of raging fire, dangerous but yet you can't look away. This was what she felt as they stared at one another until he broke his gaze away. Weiss blinked a few times to regain her focus as she noticed that he was speaking once more. "Well-- I think this has gone on quite long enough, don't you?" She heard him say and she straightened her stance and leaned forward eager to hear what he was saying. Long enough... So, that meant that she would find out her fate! "If you have no objections, I would like to welcome you to El Dorado Miss Weiss, as my personal assistant." She sucked in a sharp breath at his words. She had been accepted?! And she was going to be his personal assistant...what did that mean? she wondered as he continued talking. "All you have to do is follow me, and learn about El Dorado and help me with my duties, how does that sound?" Her eyes were alight with joy and she eagerly answered "Yes, that sounds wonderful! Thank you Shark!" She couldn't stop herself from standing and walking somewhat clumsy down the knoll to stand beside him.
"Only so Rita can see that you have potential, then you can gain your own rank." Rita? She must be the leader of this El Dorado. She would gladly do all she had to show her worth to the pack. "Of course, I will gladly do anything to pull me weight around." She said with a smile and a happy twitch of her tail. Oh she couldn't wait.
she shifted to the side to allow for him to stand and she stared at the direction his paw paw pointing to. What do you say? She turned her attention back to him, and gave a smile. "I can't wait."
