Skyzhara has a serpentine tail, fin-like ears (which do not help her hearing or anything
strange like that), and forepaws similar to a cat's, which allows her to utilize them in
fighting and also climb trees, unlike most canines.

Aimless travel led the female to a jungle; it was nameless, back then. "Alteron" had no substantial
meaning, especially to one seeking answers about her past. Yet something attracted her to the place,
despite the miserable temperatures and spongy muck beneath her feet. Or perhaps it was Cue's doing.
As her first contact, he had informed her of this place, Alteron, and in doing so, may have inadvertently
convinced her to join the pack... Whatever the case, Skyzhara chose to stay, and put a halt on her
search for what remained of Sallos. Months, and it had furnished no results; it was probably best to
end it and initiate the process of healing, and forgetting, anyway.

That's exactly what she did. Life went on and the memories were suppressed as a natural consequence
of preoccupation. It did not take long for her to integrate herself into the army, and then rule it. Those
were days without companions, without friendship. Sallos faded as Alteron grew. Her army became
an obsession, for it was a subconscious substitute for her own pack's presence in her life. Only for one
brief period had anyone else entered the scene as a focus point: Gossamer Swift. Their meeting had
struck a note far more intimate than any other; they were close. Might have fallen in love, even, if
Gossamer had not suddenly slipped out of her life. What cruel irony, that Sallos and Gossamer would
both reach her heart, only to betray without explanation.

Scimitar - When you asked my opinion on your next General, so long ago, I
knew that, to whatever extent is possible with you, I had your respect. I can

Varg - You earned my respect and fathered my children. I don't know what
else I can give you... My body and respect are all I have. I can't love you. I don't
even know how to love. But if I could, maybe you'd have it.

Xiphos - My Soldier, I always knew you and your sister would be strong. I
save your life from the moment you were born, and gave you the key to life even
during wartime. I know you will follow me to your death; I thank you for that trust.

Zashi - I saved your life, too, and you have lived up to that decision in your
skill and obedience. I don't know why you're gone now, and I am certain you're
gone for good... What a great loss you are.

Sweet - It's a wonder Varg didn't kill you. You're no soldier, were never a
soldier, and that's why you're now dead. I never mourned for you.

Itak - Strong, but opinionated. I hope you don't waste your potential.

Haras - You're obedient and eager to learn from me; that's enough.

Zahn - I adopted you because I saw potential; I harnessed it, toned it, gave you
the gift I gave my own two Soldiers... Then you left me. You abandoned me and you
abandoned the pack. I am ashamed of the work I put into training you.
